Business Advisers of Cleveland

From its inception, Business Advisers of Cleveland’s mission was to provide business advice and counseling to public and private, large and small, for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Currently, over 60 volunteers, men and women, mostly retired from successful careers but some still working, annually help several hundred clients transform their business dreams into reality and problems into solutions.

Economic Community Development Institute

Since 2004, ECDI has assisted Ohio’s entrepreneurs through their one-stop-shop business services model, suited to meet the needs of all entrepreneurs, regardless of what business stage they’re in. From providing capital to entrepreneurs looking to expand their businesses, to providing focused, business-specific educational opportunities to enhance entrepreneurial skill sets, ECDI works with their clients to meet their specific needs.

LaunchHouse

LaunchHouse is a coworking community where entrepreneurs, startups, freelancers, and remote workers, share office space and build their dreams together. Our coworking Cleveland community spans the east side and west side. Members can choose from flexible and open co op work space or coworking office space with private options.

National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO)

Founded in 1975, the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) is the unified voice of over 10 million women-owned businesses in the United States representing the fastest growing segment of the economy.

Ohio Small Business Development Center

The Ohio Small Business Development Centers (SBDC) provide business counseling and assistance to individuals who are either starting or growing their business. Each center is staffed with highly-trained, Certified Business Advisors® (CBA) to help small businesses and entrepreneurs with development and growth to increase sales and create jobs in their local communities.

Cleveland Score

SCORE is the nation’s largest network of volunteer, expert business mentors, with more than 10,000 volunteers in 300 chapters.

As a resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), SCORE has helped more than 10 million entrepreneurs through mentoring, workshops and educational resources since 1964.

Women's Business Centers of Ohio

The mission of the Women’s Business Center of Ohio is: empowering women entrepreneurs with resources and tools to create strong sustainable businesses.

Our Women’s Business Center is an initiative of the Economic & Community Development Institute. It is the only SBA-funded Women’s Business Center in the state.
